My account
To create an account, simply click on "My account" at the top right of the screen. Click on "Create your account". Fill in all the fields and information relating to your account (such as surname, first name, address). You will then receive an account creation confirmation email with your login details.
If you've forgotten your password, it's very simple! Go to "My account" and click on "Forgot your password? An email will be sent to you with your login details.
To change your contact details, simply click on "My account" then "Information" to change your e-mail address or password, and "Addresses" to change or add an address.
To receive all our information, simply subscribe to the Recods Studio newsletter. If you already have a customer account, go to "My account" then "Information" and tick the "Receive our newsletter" box. If you don't have an account, you can create one, or go to the bottom of the site page and enter your e-mail address.

My orders
Please remember to accept all cookies, which are necessary for the proper operation of our website.
When you confirm your order, an order confirmation message appears on your screen. At the same time, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and delivery details. You can check the status of your orders at any time by logging into "My account" and clicking on the "Order history and details" category.
Sometimes your order is cancelled without you being informed. In the vast majority of cases, this is due to a problem during payment. You can therefore place your order again without incident and without being charged.
As long as you have not validated your order, you can add or delete one or more items. However, once your order has been validated and paid for, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it, even if it has not yet been dispatched.
To benefit from a promotional code, you can enter your promotional code on the "Shopping cart" page by clicking on "Do you have a promotional code?" on the right of the screen and then click on "Add". If the conditions are met, the discount will be applied automatically at the time of payment.
My payments
Payment for your purchases can only be made by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard.
You can shop on our site with complete peace of mind. All your purchases on recods-studio.com are protected and secure thanks to the SSL crypt 3D Secure protocol.
Your credit card will be debited as soon as your order is confirmed.
3D Secure is a secure Internet payment protocol that ensures that the card used for an online transaction is actually being used by the cardholder. If your bank is affiliated to 3D Secure, there will be an additional step at the time of payment. In addition to your bank card number, expiry date and the three-digit security code printed on the back of your card, you will also need to enter a password or dynamic one-time code, which will be sent to you in real time by your bank by email or text message. Please note: if you are required to enter a 3D Secure code and you do not receive an email or text message from your bank within seconds of your online payment request, this probably means that the contact details you sent to your bank are wrong (e.g. change of mobile number). Please contact your bank directly to change your details.
My deliveries
Once your order has been confirmed, our logistics platform takes between 24 and 48 hours to prepare it (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery time then varies according to the carrier chosen and the delivery address. The maximum delivery time, all conditions included, is 15 working days.

After each shipment, an email is sent to you with a parcel number. You can then go to the website of the distributor you have selected and enter this number. All the stages of your parcel will be recorded there.
We currently deliver to the following countries in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Malta and Romania.

We are sorry that an error has occurred during the preparation of your order. Please contact our customer service department HERE, indicating the reference number of the missing product and your order number in your message.
You can request a return in your "My Account" area by selecting the reason "The item received is not what you ordered".
You can find your tracking number in the "My account" section to find out the status of your parcel. If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, contact your post office or chosen relay point directly to find out more. My returns & refunds
- 1. log in to your Recods Studio account
- 2. Select the "Order History & Details" tab
- 3. Click on "Details".
- 4. Select the item(s) you wish to return, specify the reason and send us your request.
- 5. Please drop off your parcel at a Colissimo point. If you are unable to make a label or have not received the label created, please contact customer service.

You have 15 clear days from the date of delivery of the parcel to make your return request via your customer area.
We do not carry out exchanges. To exchange your pair, you will need to make a return request and then order your new product.
Before you do anything else, remember to check your SPAM, as it often ends up here. If you haven't received it, you can contact us using the form HERE.
Refunds will be made no later than 30 days following receipt of the return. A confirmation email will be sent.
RETURN TERMS
Return with Colissimo only in continental France.
To make a return, the Customer must complete the online form by going to his/her account and then to "Order history and details", wait for confirmation and then print the return label in the "Merchandise returns" section and drop off the package at a Colissimo point. As proof, the customer must keep the receipt for the parcel which will be given to him.
International returns are at the customer's expense, and we invite the customer to contact a local carrier to evaluate with him the cost of returning the products. PRODUCT STATES
Except for defective products, all returned products (shoes, original packaging, accessories, etc.) must be new, unused and in their original boxes, intact and without writing.
Upon receipt of the package, Recods Studio will judge the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refunds will be made if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage makes the product unfit for sale.
REFUND OF RETURNS
In case of a return that follows the conditions mentioned above, Recods Studio will reimburse the returned products:
Colissimo return: within 14 days of the return of the goods at the latest. All returns made at the customer's initiative, without the Mondial Relay label available from the customer area, will not be handled by Recods Studio.
In case of the return of one or more items subject to a promotional offer or sale, the amount of the refund will be that shown on the invoice.
REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS
Recods Studio will reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer if the order is returned in its entirety within 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the goods. This period will be reduced to 15 days during the legal sales periods for products on sale.
If your product is faulty on receipt, we invite you to make a returns request in your customer area by selecting the reason "the item is damaged". You can indicate the defect in the comments to help our teams upon receipt.
The products
All our models are designed in France, and manufactured in Asia. Each manufacturing workshop is audited according to a number of criteria to guarantee product quality and optimum working conditions.
We advise you to choose your usual size. However, some models may fit smaller or smaller, please refer to our size guide HERE . And if the model doesn't fit, don't worry, you can get your money back.
